Jawline and Chin Filler

Strengthen your side profile.

A weak chin or a soft jawline shifts the balance of your whole face. Jawline and chin filler adds structure, projection and definition where your bone structure needs support. Dr Mei and Dr Rosie both perform this treatment at Kirei Clinic, working from a full-face assessment rather than treating your jawline alone.

Why Kirei Clinic?

Your jawline never works alone. A weak chin often relates to volume loss in the mid-face, tooth position, or the way your neck and jaw meet. Dr Mei and Dr Rosie both carry out jawline and chin filler at Kirei Clinic, and both assess your whole face before planning treatment. Dr Mei brings a background in oral and maxillofacial surgery and ten years in aesthetic practice, with training in facial fractures and orthognathic surgery.

FAQs

How long do results last?

Results typically last a minimum of 9 to 12 months, and often last years for our patients.

No. Filler is placed to match your natural bone structure and facial proportions. Dr Mei and Dr Rosie plan every treatment around your existing anatomy, not a fixed template, so your result stays in proportion with the rest of your face. Where fat or jowling adds bulk along the jaw, Dr Mei often recommends HIFU Skin Tightening first, to reduce this before filler placement, so less filler is needed to reach your result.

Most patients describe mild discomfort rather than pain. Dr Mei and Dr Rosie use a cannula technique for most of the treatment, which keeps discomfort low without needing numbing cream first.

Filler adds structure along the jawline and chin, which tightens the appearance of early jowls and softens the look of a mild double chin. This works best for early changes. More advanced skin laxity needs a different approach, discussed at your consultation.

This suits adults with a weak or recessed chin, a soft jawline, early jowling, or asymmetry along the jaw. Suitability depends on your anatomy and skin condition, confirmed at your consultation with Dr Mei or Dr Rosie. Jawline and chin filler is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Is jawline and chin filler reversible?

Most fillers used at Kirei Clinic, including Stylage, Teoxane, Juvederm, Belotero and Restylane, are hyaluronic acid based. This means the effect softens with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you want to reverse or adjust treatment. Dr Mei and Dr Rosie discuss this option with you before treatment begins, including ultrasound-guided dissolve for precise targeting.
